About MedIbiza
We believe the Mediterranean diet is the world's healthiest way of eating. MedIbiza uses advanced AI to make it effortless, personal, and enjoyable for everyone.
Our Story
MedIbiza started in a kitchen, not a boardroom. After watching a parent turn their health around on a Mediterranean diet — but struggle every single week with the same questions of what to cook, how to plan, and what to buy — our founder became convinced the hard part was never the food. It was the logistics.
The Mediterranean diet has decades of scientific research proving it's one of the best ways to eat for heart health, longevity, and overall wellness. Yet most people give up not because it doesn't work, but because planning it by hand is exhausting.
So we built an AI Mediterranean chef that takes care of all of it. Tell it your preferences, your allergies, your goals — and it creates personalised meal plans, generates recipes, builds shopping lists, and guides you every step of the way. Connect a wearable and it adapts to how your body is actually doing. Think of it as having a Mediterranean grandmother in your pocket, one who also reads the latest research.
We're not trying to reinvent how people eat. The Mediterranean way already works. We just want to remove every excuse for not sticking with it.
The Science
We don't make health claims lightly. The Mediterranean diet is one of the most rigorously studied eating patterns in the world — here's a fraction of the evidence.
